Abstract: 47 CFR Section 64.1504 imposes disclosure requirements on entities that use toll-free numbers to provide information services. The requirements are intended to ensure that callers to toll-free numbers are (1) informed if charges will be levied and (2) receive the information necessary to make an informed decision whether to purchase an information service.
