Invitation to Participate in the Merit Principles Survey
Dear Colleague,
You have been selected to share your experiences and thoughts about working in the Federal Government. We in the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) have the responsibility to periodically assess the soundness of the Federal merit system. When you complete this survey, you will be helping us understand what is working well and what is not working well. Our findings and recommendations for improvement will be sent to the President, Congress, agency leaders and managers, and other decision makers. The information you share can make a real positive difference!
Your responses to this survey are voluntary and will be strictly confidential. Only MSPB survey staff and our support contractor staff will have access to the survey data. The data will only be reported in aggregate form. No individual or work unit responses will be reported. No data will be disclosed that would allow anyone to identify individual participants.
The survey should take about 30 minutes to complete. You may complete the survey at your work site or at home. You can find more information about this survey and obtain the report of the survey results when it is published by clicking the “STUDIES” icon on our website (www.mspb.gov).
