The reason for this collection of
information is to ensure the Unshu oranges will be accompanied by a
certificate from the Japaneese plant protection service certifying
that the fruit is apparently free of citrus canker. The boxes in
which the oranges are shipped must be stamped or printed with a
statement specifying the states into which the oranges may be
imported and from which they are prohibited removal under a federal
plant quarantine.
There is an adjustment of 5,525
hours. The majority of the increase was due to markings, which
total 5,528 hours and import permits which total 2 hours, these
hours were inadvertently omitted as paperwork burden. The
remainding hours were due to an error in the time it takes to fill
out PPQ form 203, it should have been .5 instead of 1 hours.
