The Bureau of Industry and
Security (BIS) is amending the Export Administration Regulations
(EAR) to reflect changes to the Missile Technology Control Regime
(MTCR) Annex that were agreed to by MTCR member countries at the
October 2006 Plenary in Copenhagen, Denmark. The amendments set
forth in this rule also include adding a new Export Control
Classification Number (ECCN) 7A107 to control three axis magnetic
heading sensors designed or modified to be integrated with flight
control and navigation systems.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
