In accordance with E.O. 12829, "National Industrial Security Program (NISP)," Facility Clearance Surveys and Security Reviews are conducted to determine the eligibility of a Defense Contractor's Facility for a Security Clearance and the ability to protect classified information in accordance with the requirements of the NISP Operating Manual, DOD 5220.22-M.
