In order to help you save reviewing time, we provide these two insights ( that you would have figured out on your own), but we thought that we should be helpful and point them out to you early on.
#1 You will notice that ROCIS totals up the number of responses for each of the 4 regulatory areas to 216. This is correct.. There are only 60 state entities involved. OESE impacts 52 of them on 3 occasions and OSERS impacts all 60 once. So we have 60 respondents and 216 responses.
#2 As a supplementary document we have included the actual form and instructions that the public will view in order to provide Education with the Report of Participation and Performance of Students with Disabilities on State Assessments.. The burden for this effort has already been recorded in ROCIS under the appropriate regulatory citation. However this instruction and form is significantly important for this collection.
