The burden for this collection has decreased by 210 hours from the last submission. The change in burden is solely due to adjustments. Specifically, estimates under sections 219.401/403/405, 219.601(a)(1) and (a)(2), 219.601(b)(1) and (b)(4), and 219.607(a)(2) were revised. The current OMB inventory shows a total burden of 238 hours, while this revised submission exhibits a burden of 28 hours. Hence, there is a burden decrease of 210 hours.
