Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved on the understanding that 1) FNS will report back to OMB on response rates, particularly for the drop out study, prior to publishing results; 2) utilize refusal conversion methods for the drop out portion of the study to maximize response rates; and 3) consult with USDA’s Disclosure Review Board (DRB) regarding the potential for statistical disclosure, prior to releasing any map data.
