Abstract: Respondents are civilian candidates applying for a commission in the U.S Air Force as line officers. These forms provide pertinent information to facilitate selection of candidates for a commissioning by Officer Training School Selection Boards. AETC IMT 1422 is obsolete as of June 2003 and is replaced with AF Form 215.
