Re: Comments on the proposed ABN Changes
Overall, I like the simpler wording of ,the proposed ABN changes; however, there
is one area of concern that I have. Under "Options", the statements are vague in
that they state options for "anything listed above." Since there are three typed
statements listed directly above the options box, when I first read this, I assumed
the reference of "anything listed above" was one of those typed bullet points
rather than a service listed above.

I would suggest substituting "Items or Services" listed above instead of "anything"
listed above'' or "what is listed above" to make this clearer for the beneficiary.
