MMS uses the information to ascertain
the adequacy and safety of procedures and equipment to minimize the
hazards inherent in OCS operations and to increase the margin of
safety of personnel and and environment. Respondents are Federal
OCS sulphur lessees.
The current OMB inventory
includes 903 burden hours for this collection of information. This
submission requests 903 burden hours. As there are no active
respondents, we estimated the annual number of respondents to be
one potential respondent. The previously submitted ICR had 29
responses and numerous recordkeepers. This IC combines everything
now as responses - hence the adjustment - see attached burden
table.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
