This data collection is to implement a longitudinal study of former consumers of the State Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program, on long-term post-program experiences. It uses a stratified random sample and will be conducted using computer-assisted telephone interviewing. The findings will fill a gap in the knowledge about successful employment strategies and the use and need of other services after exit from VR.
