Abstract: Respondents to this form are USAID finance personnel, contruction companies or subcontractors from within the United States and other authorized 934 coded countries. Information will be used to evaluate construction project progress for progress payments to construction companies while in the performance of projects. The complexity of construction contracts and task orders require the use of this form in order to pay the contractor during contract performance, which may be as long as 365 days.
