The SDS application form was discontinued temporarily following the last round of applications. There are no currently approved hours for this activity. At this time, HRSA will be offering funding opportunities for schools and a reinstatement of the application is requested, resulting in a program change. This program change will increase the burden hours from 0 to 10,500 total hours.
