The NPS requires that demonstrations and special events may be held only pursuant to a permit issued in accordance with the provisions of this section {36 CFR 7.96(g)}. Anyone wishing to conduct a demonstration or special event requiring a permit must submit an application. Applications are provided by the NPS and must be received at least 48 hour in advance of any demonstration or special event.
