Abstract: The information is needed to support applications for loan guarantee assistance. HUD staff will use the information to determine the eligibility of the activities proposed to be financed with Section 108 loan guarantee assistance and to ensure that the loan guarantee is an acceptable financial risk to the Federal government. Respondents are units of general local government, such as cities, towns, and counties.
