Abstract: On April 25, 2007, the Commission adopter a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Third Periodic Review of the Commission's Rules and Policies Affecting the Conversion to Digital Television, MB Docket No. 07-91, FCC 07-70. The NPRM proposes to update Section 73.682(d) of the Commission's rules to reflect revisions to the ATSC PSIP standard since the adoption of the Second DTV Periodic Report and Order.
