On April 25, 2007, the Commission adopter a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Third Periodic Review of the Commission's Rules and Policies Affecting the Conversion to Digital Television, MB Docket No. 07-91, FCC 07-70. The NPRM proposes to update Section 73.682(d) of the Commission's rules to reflect revisions to the ATSC PSIP standard since the adoption of the Second DTV Periodic Report and Order. The revised ATSC PSIP standards requires broadcasters to populate the Event Information Tables (
