On April 25, 2007, the Commission adopted a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Matter of the Commission's Third Period Review of the Commission's Rules and Policies Affecting the Conversion to Digital Television, MB Docket No. 07-91, FCC 07-70. This program change will increase the annual burden by 25 hours. There is also an adjustment to this information collection due to the consolidation of OMB Control Number 3060-0374 into this collection 3060-0216.
