Justification for Change
Form RD 1942-46, Letter of Intent to Meet Conditions, is used by the Rural Business-Cooperative Service (RBS) to document that the grantee has received the Letter of Conditions from the Agency and agrees to its terms and conditions. With the previous clearance of OMB control number 0575-0015, RBS was inadvertently omitted. This change will increase the number of respondents from 3,768 to 3,818 and the burden hours from 57,177 to 57,227.
