Terms of Clearance: Prior to the commencement of the 2007 Business Expenses Supplement to the Annual Wholesale and Retail Trade Surveys (BES) report form mailings, the Census Bureau shall provide on its Internet site prominent links to a complete set of finalized BES report forms, including instructions and cover letters, comparable to those provided for the 2002 Economic Census report forms.

Authorized by Title 13 (USC), this collection is part of the economic census, which is a primary source of facts about the Nation's economy.
