Abstract: The Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 reauthorized TANF and mandated the collection of: (1) verification and internal control procedures to ensure valid work participation rates; (2) a caseload reduction credit information collection based on the recalibration of the caseload reduction credit; (3) reasonable cause/corrective compliance information collection requirements based on the requirements of the participation rate verification procedures; and a (4) TANF Data Report and (5) SSP-MOE Data Report.
