The previous OMB burden hours was estimated to be 14,505, which included 3 hours per response for the State, local and tribal governments. A program change of the burden calculation is submitted per the increased number of questions required of the State and Territory metrics, increasing hour burden response from 3 hours to 5 hours. The NIMSCAST is being expanded to measure the FY 2007 NIMS Compliance Metrics instead of the Legacy NIMSCAST survey.
