This is a new collection of information. Therefore, there are no program changes or adjustments to account for at this time. (Please note: Per the Notice of Action, the Federal Register version of the NPRM is now attached. Also, please note, this ICR was submitted (as all FRA ICRs are)on time, specifically on January 17, 2007, as the ROCIS system will readily confirm. The Office of the DOT CIO did not transmit this ICR until three months later despite many FRA requests to do so. Thanks.)
