PART 36 – HOMELIVING STANDARDS

This part of Homeliving Standards deals with mandatory training that schools must ensure are given annually to the staff. This is a third party transfer of information for the tribally operated residences/dormitories. Our original burden was incorrect because we counted employees to be trained and not the time it took for the tribal entities to provide the training. We are revisiting this collection to correct the burden imposed on the tribal entities instead of the employees. The first table details the collection by the 15 different parts of training to be delivered by the 38 tribally operated dormitories/residences; the second table shows the revised estimate of the burden for Parts 36 and 48.
