Rule requires applicants proposing to
operate a land mobile radio station that have service contours that
overlap an existing land mobile station to obtain written
concurrence of the frequency coordinator associated with the
industry for which the existing station license was issued, or the
written concurrence of the licensee of the existing
station.
The Commission is reporting an
adjustment to the total annual burden hours due to an increase in
the number of licensees affected by the rules governing this
information collection. Therefore, the total annual burden
increased by 3,149 hours.
