Changing Regulations
A program change is due to the fact that the provisions of the Federal firearms laws (PL 103-322) covering semiautomatic assault weapons and large capacity ammunition feeding devices are no longer in effect. However the regulations require licensees to retain documentation for a certain period of time. The number of respondents has decreased as well as a reduction in burden hours.
