Federal Student Aid Information Center (make minor corrections to information for SAR recipients).

By contacting the Federal Student Information Center, SAR recipients are able to make minor corrections to initial SAR data and have the center submit the corrections to the Department for processing. FAFSA filers may phone 1-800-4-FED-AID to make minor corrections to their FAFSA. Recipients are notified of this 1-800 number on the paper SAR, the electronic SAR, the SAR Acknowledgement, and various other methods of correspondence. There is no one form or group of instructions to attach to this IC - although these documents are available in the other IC’s in this ICR.
