FERC Form 11 is a quarterly filing
made by natural gas companies whose gas is transported or stored
for a fee exceeded 50 million Dekatherm (Dth) in each of the
previous years. FERC staff has used the Form 11 data for current
information on developments and trends in the activities of
regulated major natural gas pipelines and to verify data presented
in rate proceedings. In RM07-9-000 FERC proposes to eliminate the
Form 11 and seeks comments from the public.
Williston Basin in response to
RM07-9-000 Notice of Inquiry suggested that Form 11 be eliminated
and that the information required by Form 11 be reported in Form
3-Q (1902-0205). In RM07-9-000 NOPR FERC requests both Form 11
filers and users of the form on whether it should be incorporated
into the Form 3-Q or eliminated.
