Prior to the
commencement of the Institutional Remittances to Foreign Countries
survey form mailings, the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) shall
provide on its Internet site prominent links to a complete set of
finalized survey forms, including instructions and cover letters.
BEA shall also provide analyses of the Institutional Remittances to
Foreign Countries survey results based on comparisons of respondent
data and data on survey nonrespondents that were obtained from
supplemental sources and submit these analyses with the next ICR
for this survey.

The survey requests information from
U.S. religious, charitable, educational, scientific, and similar
organizations on the transfer of cash grants to foreign countries
and their expenditures in foreign countries.
