The goal of this information collection effort is to understand and compare the public's perception of the Military Health Care System. Recent developments have tarnished the image of the Military Heath Care System. Health care for military personnel and their family members has often been cited as one of the key recruitment and retention tools for the Department. Data from these focus groups will help establish a baseline for understanding the public's attitude about Military Health Care and help determine if changes in the system based on recommended interventions can improve the image of the Military Health Care System.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
