The goal of this information
collection effort is to understand and compare the public's
perception of the Military Health Care System. Recent developments
have tarnished the image of the Military Heath Care System. Health
care for military personnel and their family members has often been
cited as one of the key recruitment and retention tools for the
Department. Data from these focus groups will help establish a
baseline for understanding the public's attitude about Military
Health Care and help determine if changes in the system based on
recommended interventions can improve the image of the Military
Health Care System.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
