Several factors result the
reduction in burden hours. Reductions result from reducing the
number of cranes and derricks covered by a provions, the
determination that some activities are usual and customary. While
there was an overall reduction, some time estimates were increased,
and several activities were now identified as collections of
information. Also, the currently approved burden hour needs to be
adjusted to 333,114.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
