The number of applicants participation in the EFOP has increased from 300 to 400. Therefore; the burden hours for this information collection has an adjustment increase of 200 (100 respondents form 95-22, 1 hour burden each (100 hours) plus 100 respondents related documentation, 1 hour burden each (100 hours) equals 200 total additional hours) and adding this 200 hours to the previously approved 600 hours creates a new total of 800 hours. The cost for respondents was not captured during the pervious OMB submission. Therefore; the estimated cost to respondents using wage rate categories is estimated to be $55,616.00 and the cost for postage and mailing to respondents is estimated to be $1,960.00 annually. The annual cost to respondents is estimated to total $57,576.00.
