Confidentiality Form

(To be retained by Learning Point Associates)

During the course of your employment with Learning Point Associates, you will be working on a “work for hire” basis and that, accordingly, Learning Point Associates owns the copyright on all creative works produced by you, or others, in the course of your employment with Learning Point Associates.

Learning Point Associates does not authorize and, in fact, expressly prohibits, use of copyrighted materials by you or any other person, firm, or entity without the expressed written consent of Learning Point Associates. Any violation of applicable copyright laws by you or any other person, firm, or entity will be viewed as a willful copyright infringement subjecting you and any other person, firm, or entity responsible therefore to the penalties and costs provided under the Copyright Act, 17 USC 101, et seq.

In addition to the foregoing, and without limitation, you are further advised of the applicability of the Illinois Trade Secret Act and the existing prohibition against disclosure of trade secrets as that term is used in 765 ILCS 1065/1 et seq.

Learning Point Associates reserves its right to assert all claims and remedies under the aforementioned statutes and under every other applicable statute or law.
