The previous submission omitted in error the HUD-2880 (approved by OMB with the approval number of 2510-0011 exp. 8/31/2009). All respondents have always submitted the HUD 2880. In addition it must be noted; updates to the HUD-2880 once submitted are rare and may occur less than 1% of the time. There is no additional burden hour per response because the burden is reported in 2510-0011. Other changes** HUD wishes to include the following items to the subject collection. These items were inadvertently omitted from the previous submission and do not substantially increase the hourly burden. - A reconciliation of the mortgageable costs and other secondary financing or equity (non-mortgageable costs) to the State HFA’s total development budget.  - Copies of all secondary financing/equity documentation, including, but not limited to, commitments, letters of intent, bridge loan agreements, LIHTC reservation/allocation letters, Limited Partnership Agreements, Limited Liability Partnership Operating Agreement including all amendments, attachments and exhibits, and follow up documentation deemed necessary by HUD.
