ACCEPTANCE OF PRIMARY LOAN SERVICING
FOR BORROWERS WHO RECEIVED
FORM FSA-2510 OR FSA-2514 AND APPLIED FOR SERVICING
This form is used by borrowers, who were notified that they were more than 90 days past due or in non-monetary default and applied for servicing, to accept an offer of loan servicing on their direct Farm Loan Programs loans. It is provided to the borrower by mail with FSA-2517.
