ACCEPTANCE OF PRIMARY LOAN SERVICING
FOR BORROWERS WHO RECEIVED
FORM FSA-2512 AND APPLIED FOR SERVICING
This form is used by borrowers, who were notified that they were considered financially distressed and applied for servicing, to accept an offer of loan servicing on their direct Farm Loan Programs loans. It is provided to the borrower by mail with FSA-2519.
