BORROWER RESPONSE TO INTENT TO ACCELERATE FOR BORROWERS WHO RECEIVED FORM FSA 2510 OR 2514 AND DID NOT APPLY FOR SERVICING OR DID NOT ACCEPT SERVICING
This form is used by 90 days past due borrowers, who did not apply for servicing or did not accept servicing, to respond to notification that FSA intends to accelerate their account.. It is submitted in response to the receipt of a Form FSA 2525 which explains in detail all their options.
