Chesley, attached is a near final draft of a submission for OMB for a survey of ABCs MRSA surveillance hospitals regarding their MRSA Prevention activities. This survey has been designed as a joint effort between John J. and his staff, my staff, and Alex Kallen is the lead. This is being considered by Laura Youngblood as the Center's Ethics Lead to be non-research, as the goal of this survey is to assess the extent of prevention efforts in the context of the hospital's MRSA problem, consistent with the 2007 HICPAC recommendations.

Hey Scott,

Could you please send an email to Chesley letting him know that we are submitting for OMB. I will need a copy of the final email for the packet. I have submitted the packet to Ann and I am awaiting comments. There are a couple of things pending on one of the forms, I hope to have the final packet officially submitted by Wednesday, if we do not need an IRB letter included with the packet.
