DOL is amending the regulations governing the employee protection provisions of section 211 of the Energy Reorganization
Act of 1974 as amended, to implement the statutory changes enacted into law on 08/08/05 as part of the 2005 the Energy
Policy Act. The increase in burden hours reflects the additional complaints that maybe received.
