Short Statement: The NDPA Process Evaluation is a reinstatement of a previously approved collection. There are no program changes or adjustments. Based on the results of three previous annual collections and ongoing trends, we estimate that the number of survey respondents will continue to be in the range of 500 to 700 with an estimated average of about 600 applicants.
