Recruitment Letter

Thank you for registering to attend the Exempt Organizations seminar at the Nationwide Tax Forums.

The Exempt Organization is collecting customer input for use in redesigning and improving the EO (Charities and Non-Profits) website on IRS.gov and EO information products in general. We believe we can design our information products more effectively if we understand better how our customers look for and use EO information. As a tax practitioner with a special interest in EO, we would like to offer you the opportunity to influence how EO organizes, labels, and presents its content on IRS.gov.

We will be conducting a participatory design session at the Nationwide Tax Forums in [location] on [date and time]. Participants will evaluate paper prototypes of EO web pages and answer a set of questions. Participants will work in groups of 3 – 4 people, and then discuss their findings with another group and an IRS facilitator. The design session is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.
