INTRO
Hello, this is __________ calling on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service, the federal tax collection agency. The IRS is trying to improve its services by asking customers about their experiences and opinions. This interview is being conducted for the IRS by an independent national research organization, SRBI, so that your answers will be confidential and no personal identifying information will be released to the IRS.
