Other change**       There has been a change in the guidance for applicants that submit via grants.gov. The change was needed to address the new Microsoft Vista operating system. This change does not affect burden and is technical in nature. Also it is noted that in the FY 2007 collection/application, it is stated that a review of the new Microsoft product will occur to determine future support. This change is a result of that review.
