The respondents to the information collection are owners or operators of facilities subject to the standards of performance for new stationary spark ignition internal combustion engines and manufacturers of spark ignition internal combustion engines. The information is requested by the agency to determine compliance with the rule. The information will then be used by enforcement agencies to verify that sources subject to the standard are meeting the emission reductions mandated by the Clean Air Act.
