Public reporting burden for the collection of information for the online system is estimated for 617 respondents that will include U.S.-based and non-U.S.-based PVO. The increase is an increase of respondents due to the inclusion of non-U.S. based PVOs. The reporting time is estimated to average one of two hours per response, including time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. The response time will be reduced by one hour due to submitting electronically in lieu of paper-based documents.
