Customer’s Justification for not removing the term “confidential” and replacing with “private” or “anonymity.” Customer was informed of the required change and that the package may not be approved.
“The federal government is under a Continuing Resolution regarding FY2010 budgets at this time. Because of this, I cannot take on the task of revising all of our surveys at this time. Plus, it would put a halt to our survey program being that we would need a couple months lead time to revise our surveys.
It should be noted that as soon as TE/GE has the funds to revise their five mail surveys, the term confidential will be replaced with privacy on all 5 questionnaires.”
No date for revision could be obtained.
