The survey is voluntary, but your participation is extremely important. The findings will help the IRS to improve this important service. Your individual responses will be kept confidential and the results will be presented to the IRS in aggregate form. To maintain the anonymity of your responses, an independent survey research firm, Training Technologies, Incorporate (TTI), is conducting the survey.
