CFDA Number 84.103A (OMB No. 1840-0125)
The application package used to award grants under the Training Program for Federal TRIO Programs (Training Program) expired on March 31, 2007. It was decided by the Department’s Regulatory Information Management Group, in consultation with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), not to seek approval of the Training Program application prior to this time because the grant competition would not begin until the winter of 2008. We are requesting a reinstatement, with changes, to the previously approved application package.
The application is needed to request applications from eligible applicants under the upcoming Fiscal year 2008 Training Program competition. The attached Form OMB 83-I and supporting documents are being submitted as required.
