fed reg doc e6-21719 dhs cdc 60 day 07 06BU - re paying tax dollars to ogilvy and pilot city testing
i think this project is a waste of tax dollars. i think it should be done by agency in house with staff there and see no
reason to hire any outside alleged "experts". if you dont know how to stop teen unsafe driving, hire employees
who do. the taxpayers are tired of paying for all these unnneeded outside consultants. hire competent employees
to work for the agency please and let go dead wood.
