The Effectiveness of Teen Safe Driving Messages and Creative Elements on Parents and Teens will use focus groups and pilot city testing to develop materials for a national campaign to educate parents about the role they play in managing their teenage drivers' behaviors, as well as educating their teens about the high risk activities that lead to motor vehicle crashes.
